Elton Anderson Jr. Ross, 21, a native of New Orleans and resident of Thibodaux, 
died August 6, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allen Chapel AME Church in 
Thibodaux. A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with 
burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Sadie Ross Meads of 
Morgan City; daughters, Nala Southall, Na-Ishea Southall, and Na-Kalya Southall 
all of Thibodaux; brothers, Robert Ross, and Raymond Ross of Thibodaux, Derrick 
Harris and Sedric Williams of Mississippi; stepbrothers, Qwent and Terrell Meads 
of Labadieville; sisters, Jaundlyn M. Ross of Atlanta, Ga., Shentell L. Ross of 
Morgan City, Laquita M. Ross and Catric Triggs of Thibodaux, Lyshandre Harris 
and Kannetha Brown of Pickens, Miss.; and stepsister, Nikki Meads of 
Labadieville. He was preceded in death by his father, Elton Anderson; and 
grandparents, Stella and Robert Ross.

He was Baptist.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
