Glenn Stacy Simmons, 36, a native and resident of New Orleans, died Aug. 17, 
2004.

Visitation will be 2 to 4:30 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Napoleonville and from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church 
in New Orleans. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. 
Thursday at the church, with burial at Providence Memorial Park.

He is survived by his parents, Alexander and Dolores Simmons of New Orleans; 
brothers, Alexander, Johnny and Bryant Simmons, all of New Orleans; sisters, 
Reaver and Rosalind Simmons of New Orleans; godparents, Rose and Russell Dumas 
of New Orleans; uncles and their spouses, Junius and Irene Johnson of 
Napoleonville, Paul and Iris Johnson of Atlanta and Lloyd Johnson of South 
Dakota; and fiancee, Sonia McGowan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; an uncle; and a great-grandmother.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
