Ivy Joseph Thibodeaux, 77, a native and resident of Houma, died at 5:15 p.m. 
Aug. 20, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. today St. Bernadette 
Catholic Church, with burial at St. Louis Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Norma LeBouef Thibodeaux; son, Jerry Thibodeaux; 
daughters, Debra Wright, Brenda Rogers, Carolyn Roussel and Connie Parr; 
brother, Bennie Thibodeaux; sisters, Aline Sonier, Rita Lirette, Pearl Rousseau 
and Shirley Gautreaux; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eunice and Justile Porche Thibodeaux; 
brother, Drugy Thibodeaux; and granddaughter, Lisa Rogers.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Donations to the American Cancer Society are preferred.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
