Jonathan Mack

Jonathan Paul Mack, infant, died Aug. 23, 2004 at Women's Hospital in Baton 
Rouge. He was seven days old.

A religious service was held at 11 a.m. today at New Belmont Baptist Church in 
Labadieville, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, John Paul and Sharon Mack of Thibodaux; maternal 
grandfather, Charles Mack of Thibodaux; and a host of other relatives and 
friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Paul Mack; sister, Haley 
Elizabeth Mack; maternal grandparents, Lillie Mae and Rev. Prospa Johnson; and 
paternal grandmother, Elnora Mack.

Williams & Southall Funeral Home of Thibodaux was in charge of arrangements.
