Michael Paul Fazzio, 49, a native and resident of Houma, died Aug. 17, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. today at Holy Rosary Church 
in Houma. Burial was in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria Theriot; sisters, Crystal Simoneaux, Diane 
Duplantis and Gail Fazzio.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Fazzio.

Smart Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
