Victor Duet

Victor J. Duet, 84, a native and resident of Galliano, died at noon Aug. 15, 
2004.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church in Galliano, with burial at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

He is survived by his wife, Udora Danos Duet; daughters, Corine D. Curole and 
Winola D. Martin; brother, George Duet; sisters, Cleonise Cheramie, Clarise Duet 
and Mae Doucet; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Filicien and Louis Guidry Duet; four 
sons; brothers, Filicien, Donatien, Ozeme, Zeweb, Leon, Leander, Nolan, Almate 
and Amae Duet; and sisters, Louise Bellanger, Lionell Smith and Victoria 
Blanchard.

He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
