Aaron Larpenter

Aaron Antoine Larpenter, 89, a native and resident of Houma, died at 4:10 a.m. Dec. 19, 2004.

Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Falgout 
Funeral Home in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. 
Tuesday at the church, with burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2 in 
Houma. He is survived by his wife, Marie Louise Gautreaux Larpenter; sons, 
Steve, Jerry, Donald and Floyd Larpenter; daughters, Earline Taylor, Betty 
Garibotte, Theresa Liner, Florence Champagne and Elizabeth Broussard; sisters, 
Mable Levron and Cable Hebert; 23 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eba and Annis Gautreaux Larpenter; 
sons, David and Ronald Larpenter; brothers, Henry and Eba Larpenter.

He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette and served in the U.S. Army. He was 
amember of American Legion Post 31 and retired from United Gas Pipeline after 38 
years.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
