Charlotte Walker, 92, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Dec. 19, 2004.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Moses Baptist Church in Thibodaux. A 
religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Raymond Walker of San Diego, Calif.; 
Claude Walker and wife Mary of North Carolina, Dorothy Walker Johnson and husband 
Hubert, Margaret Walker Boyd and husband Johnny, all of Thibodaux, Grace Walker and 
Charlotte W. Johnson and husband Chester, all of Bertrandville, Eliza Walker Anderson and 
husband Wilbert, Frank Walker Jr. and wife Carolyn of Gray, Clifton Walker of Houma, 
Daniel Walker and wife Beverly of Raceland, Darnell and Monique Walker of New Orleans, 
Joan W. Brown and husband Nathaniel of Baton Rouge; brothers, Fredrick Hampton of 
Lafourche Crossing and Lawrence Hampton of Marrero; sisters-in-law, Viola Hampton and 
Doris Hampton; 33 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Williams Jr.; parents, Mitchell and Eliza 
Sewire Hampton; sons, Alfred, Cleveland and Norman; daughters, Janice and Janet; 
mother-in-law, Lillie Walker Hampton; daughter-in-law, Lois Walker; seven brothers; and 
one sister.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
