A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette, with burial at St. John Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Jess J. Weimer of Lafayette; daughters and sons- in-law, Lynnie and Fred Bienvenue Jr.; Elizabeth and Alan Castille; Susan W. Hebert and Ellen W. Billeaud; son and daughter-in-law, Gil and Gayle Weimer; grandchildren, Eric and Leah Weimer, Amy and Trampus Gaspard, David and Dawn Weimer, Pat and Claudia Bienvenu, Peggy and Linden Champagne, Jeanne and Gil Pellerin, Jennifer and Tim Gilmore, Emily Castille, Zack Castille, Scott and Rachel Hebert, Hunter Hebert, Chrissy and Shannon Billeaud. She was preceded in death by her parents, Idolie Margaret Girouard and J. Gilbert St. Julien; brothers, Lionel and C. Warren St. Julien; and nephew, Gordon "Sandy" St. Julien. She was a longtime member of Toujous-Fidele Federated Women's Club. She and her husband were owners of Weimer's Carriage House Furniture Store. Donations to the Cathedral of St. John are preferred. Martin and Castille Funeral Home of Lafayette are in charge of arrangements.
