Marie Baye						[Photo]

Marie Naquin Baye, 79, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died at 6:53 
p.m. Dec. 25, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay, with burial at Chackbay Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Sunny Baye; brothers, Paul Naquin, Sidney Naquin and 
Wallace Naquin of Thibodaux; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Armand Bernard Baye; mother, Delphine 
Duet Naquin; father, Joseph Naquin; stepmother, Clotia Benoit Naquin; son, 
Junior Baye; brothers, Freddie and Clarence Naquin; sisters, Enola Naquin and 
Enez Landry.

She was a homemaker.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
