Mercedes Loupe

Mercedes Doucet Loupe, 76, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died at 4:45 a.m. 
Dec. 20, 2004.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Christ the Redeemer. A 
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her sisters, Velma D. Richard, Catherine D. Roberson and 
Shirley D. Gomez.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Junius Webre; second husband, 
A.J. Loupe Jr.; parents, Felix Doucet and Annie Boudreaux Doucet; brothers, 
Ashton, Wilbur and Nelson Doucet; sisters, Leona Leonard, Margaret Croft, Marie 
Pitre, Doris Naquin and Louella Boudreaux.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
