A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville. She is survived by her brother, Robert Talbot; and sister, June Berniard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry J. LeBlanc; parents, Arthur "Stump" and Anna Prejean Talbot; brothers, A.C. Talbot Jr., Lawrence D. "Billy" and Raymond "Dutch" Talbot; sisters, Edwina "Itsy" McCollum, Nicee "Brownie" Melancon, Anna French and Flo Fairchild. She was a retired social worker. She was given the grass roots award by parish directors and named as outstanding state worker. Donations to St. Joseph Hospice, 905 Canal Blvd., Thibodaux, LA 70301 are preferred.
