Yvonne Thornton

Yvonne Thornton, 80, a native and resident of Houma, died at 1:50 p.m. Dec. 24, 
2004.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Mike Thornton; sons, Ronald and Mark 
Thornton; daughters, Cathy Cotton, Cyndi Broussard, Mary Boudloache, Myrna 
Blackston and Tanya Porter; sister, Mandy Corbin; 12 grandchildren; and 17 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Junius and Jeanetta Dorsey Robichaux; 
brother, Junius J. Robichaux; and sister, Jeanette Ledet.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Houma.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Mike Thornton; sons, Ronald and Mark

Blackston and Tanya Porter; sister, Mandy Corbin; 12 grandchildren; and 17
