Anna Plauche Dr. Anna Magdeline Costanza "Dr. Anna" Plauche, M.D., 81, a native of Independence; and resident of Montegut, died at 3:10 p.m. Jan. 2, 2004. She entered LSU School of Medicine at age 19 where she graduated second in her class in 1944.
