Bessie Guillot

Bessie Guillot, 82, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Raceland, died at 4 
p. m. July 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Raceland 
and 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Michael Adams; 
adopted nephew, Alan Porche Jr.; granddaughter, Angela Adams; great-
grandchildren, Kayla and Michelle Hendrix; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orestile and Octavie Guillot; 
grandson, Mikey Adams; brothers, Ulyess, Rene, Walter and Joseph Guillot; and 
sisters, Dorothy Hebert, Corrine Pitre and Rose Bonvillain.

She was a former choir member at St. Hilary Catholic Church.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
