Sean Michael Chaisson, 15, a native of Houma and resident of Gray, died 
Thursday, July 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8 
a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 
a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Dean Michael Chaisson and Susan Ann Deroche 
Chaisson of Gray; one sister, Christine Marie Chaisson and companion, Hayes T. 
Duplantis of Houma; his grandparents, Dolores L. Deroche of Houma, Ernest J. 
Chaisson of Venice and Jeanette B. Morrow; his step-grandfather, Milton 
"Scotty" Morrow of Houma; one nephew, Blayden H. Duplantis of Houma; and one 
niece, Nia M. Duplantis of Houma.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Dean M. Chaisson Jr.; his grandfather, 
Albert J. Deroche; and his step-grandmother, Hazel Chaisson.

He was a sophomore at Central Lafourche High School and was a member of St. 
Louis Youth Group and Central Lafourche Football Team.

He was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
