Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. at the church, with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Clare Naquin Fanguy; sons, Kenneth and Bryan Fanguy; daughters, Jennifer Edkins, Amy Brunet and Aileen LeCompte; brothers, Floyd, Raymond and Adley Fanguy; sister, Rose Orgeron; 14 grandchildren; and one great- grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Joseph Fanguy and Adele Pellegrin Fanguy; and brother, Andrew Fanguy. He was retired from Baker/Hughes and was a U.S. Army veteran during the Korean War. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
