Fernand Picou

Fernand T. Picou, 86, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Tucson Ariz., died at 9 p.m. Nov, 15, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Nov. 18 at Corpus Christi Catholic 
Church in Tucson, Ariz.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Dec. 4 at St. Joseph Co-cathedral 
with burial to follow at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Georgie Breaux Picou; three children, 
Kateri Picou Livingston, Marc Picou, and Michele Picou Balitski; brothers, 
Summers Picou, Raymond Picou and Urban Picou; and sister Patricia Picou Clement; 
and two grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Alice Lafort Picou.

He was an active member of the Corpus Christi architectural and building 
committee.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Corpus Christi Building Fund, 520-751-4235, 
in Fernand Picou's name may be made.
