Merlin Gaudet

Merlin James Gaudet Jr., 21, a native of Raceland and resident of Houma, died at 
12:52 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2002.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. 
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Mary's 
Nativity in Raceland, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, Merlin James Gaudet Sr. and Cynthia Triche Cook; 
grandparents, Velma Gaudet, Jerome Triche and Nancy T. Ogle; brother, Tommy 
Gaudet; and sisters, Nellie Cook, Romanda Cook and Sophie Cook. He was preceded 
in death by a grandparent, Edgar Gaudet; and a brother, Nick Gaudet.

He was a parishioner of St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
