Merville Sons Sr.

Merville Louis Sons Sr., 70, a native of Morgan City and resident of Chauvin, 
died at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 12, 2004.

A religious service was held at 11 a.m. today at Samart Funeral Home. He was 
cremated.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Marcel Sons; sons, Merville Sons Jr., 
Christopher Sons and Shane Sons; daughters, Elizabeth Lirette and Vicki Lirette; 
brother, Donald Sons; sisters, Ethel Sauce and Billy Voisin; and 13 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ethel Dinger Sons; brother, 
E.J. Sons; and sisters, Rosemary Romero and Leola Lodrigue.

In lieu of flowers, send donations to Betty Sons.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
