Sylvester Curole Sr.

Sylvester James Curole Sr., 78, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 7:15 
a.m. Nov. 26, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Holy Savior 
Catholic Church, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Leverta Levron Curole; sons, Jessie, Frank, Tommy, 
Mark, Sylvester Jr., Freddie, Brian and Matthew Curole; daughters, Ella Hebert 
and Brenda Breaux; brother, Joseph Curole Jr.; sister, Jean Breaux; 25 
grandchildren, one step-grandchild; seven great-grandchildren; and one step-
great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Sr. and Ella Chauvin Curole; 
son, Jimmie Curole; daughter, Sylvia Curole; brother, Bennie Curole; sisters, Neita Vedros and Ida Tastet.

He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of arrangements.
