Wilkie Pitre

Wilkie "Peco'n" David Pitre, 63, a native and resident of Galliano, died Oct. 
29, 2004.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cheramie Cemetery in 
Galliano.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Guidry Pitre; son, Kevin Pitre; daughters, 
Penny Pitre and Crystal Hodge; brother, Paul Pitre; six grandchildren and two 
great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Sophie Pitre; and brother, 
Louis Pitre.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was a self-employed shrimper.

The family has requested that no floral tributes be sent.

Samart Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
