Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her companion, Duffy LeBouef of Houma; three sons, Gary Price and wife, Linda, Kenneth Price and wife, Emily, of Houma and Allen Price Jr. and wife, Tammy, of Gray; three daughters, Peggy Price, Mae Williamson and husband, Louis, of Westwego and Kathy Snyder and husband, Doug, of Houma; two brothers, Oscar Gautreaux Sr. of Houma and Adam Gautreaux Jr. of Montegut; one sister, Nell Webre of Houma; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Allen Price Sr.; her parents Adam Sr. and Lucy Daigle Gautreaux; two sons, Allen Price I and Donald Price; and two brothers, Russell Gautreaux Sr. and Amos Gautreaux Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Dulac Post No. 4752, Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary and the Council on Aging Shady Oaks. She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
