Alphonse Ricouard					[Photo]

Alphonse "Coon" Ricouard, 82, a native of Buras and resident of Choctaw, died at 
7:55 p.m. Oct. 7, 2004.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at Thibodaux Funeral Home in 
Thibodaux and 8 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. James Chapel in Choctaw.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at St. 
James Chapel, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his son, Alphonse "Tutty" Ricouard Jr.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Gromley Ricouard; parents, Gustave 
and Emilia Buras Ricouard; brother, Elmer Ricouard; and sisters, Mae Theil and 
Myrtle Theriot.

Thibodaux Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
