Cecile Knobloch

Cecile Champagne Knobloch, 96, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 8:51 
a.m. Oct. 27, 2004.

Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 
in the St. Charles community. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 
10 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, C.J. Jr. and Carole Knobloch 
and Cameron and Janice Knobloch; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Earl 
Lorio; sister, Leonise C. Legendre; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude J. Knobloch Sr.; parents, Valri 
and Marceline Champagne; brothers, Alois Sr. and Noah Champagne; sisters, Ida C. 
Legendre; Celia C. Diaz; and one great-grandchild.

She was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Memorial Masses are preferred.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
