Cyril Cowell Zilton Sr., 90, a native and resident of Gray, died Oct. 4, 2004.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Thibodaux and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in 
Gray.

A religious service will be held at noon Saturday at the church, with burial at 
Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys Adams Zilton of Gray; son, Gerald Zilton of 
Gray; daughters, Barbara Ann Williams of Los Angeles, Calif., and Jacquelyn 
Marie Roberson of St. Petersburg, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Dianna Cormier Zilton; 
son-in-law, Eddie Eugene Roberson; six grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 
and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell and Virginia Provost Zilton; 
son, Cyril Cowell Zilton Jr.; one adopted son, Andrea Walker; and 15 siblings. 
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Thibodaux is is in charge of arrangements.
