Ezeb Schexsnayder Jr.				[Photo]

Ezeb Schexsnayder Jr., 80, a native of Labadieville and resident of Palmetto 
died at 7 a.m. Oct. 17, 2004.

Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday and 8 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Landry's 
Funeral Home in Labadieville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 
11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville, with burial 
in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his sons, Charles and David Schexsnayder; daughters, Linda 
Dubois, Barbara Ordoyne, Sherry Daigle, Laura Benoit and Angela LaRose; brother, 
John Schexsnayder; sister, Lornise Fontenot; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Clark Schexsnayder; parents, Ezeb 
Sr. and Arelin Soileau Schexsnayder; brother, Aurelian Schexsnayder Sr.; sister, 
Oline Vigie.

He was a World War II veteran and received a Purple Heart. He was a member of 
the VFW, American Legion and Knights of Columbus.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
