Larry Mark Lewis, 46, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Oct. 10, 2004.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at St. Luke Catholic Church in Thibodaux. 
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, 
with burial at Morning Star Baptist Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his father, Harry Lewis Sr. of LaPlace; brothers, Michelle 
Lewis of Thibodaux and Harry Lewis Jr of Winnfield; sisters, Patricia Lewis of 
New Iberia, Lisa L. Nevarez of LaPlace, Arlene L. Tardieff, Nancy and Paula 
Lewis, all of Thibodaux.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Earline Mathews Lewis; sisters, Janice 
and Jeanette Lewis; grandparents, Herbert and Alberta Mathews and Joseph and 
Rosa Lewis.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
