Leroy Crochet						[Photo]

Leroy Joseph Crochet, 77, a native of Chauvin and resident of Houma, died Oct. 
26, 2004.

Visitation will be 4 to 10 p.m. today and 8 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at Samart 
Funeral Home in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. 
Friday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Florence Crochet; son, Ronald John Crochet Jr. of 
Broussard; daughters, Crystal Dubois of Houma and Michele Louviere of Conroe, 
Texas; brother, Francis Ray Crochet of Williamston, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; and 
four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Crochet and Cecile Savoie 
Hebert.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the VFW. He enjoyed fishing.

He was a retired truck driver and worked for Patterson.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
