Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Philadelphia. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry T. Callahan; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Walker; parents, George Thomas Sullivan and Docia Leuna Whitehead Sullivan; daughter, Elizabeth Tolar; brothers, Josh, Roy, Abbie and Thadus Sullivan; and sisters, Edna Pearl Smith, Azzilene Edwards, Evie Arledge and Lille Kitchens. She was Baptist and a retired LPN. Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
