Alton Delaune

Alton J. "T-Ta" Delaune, 70, a native of Lockport and resident of Cut Off, died 
at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004.

He is survived by his wife, Essie Kraemer Delaune; three sons, Gary, Larry and 
Ted Delaune; three daughters, Kay D. Dupre, Essie M. Delaune and Rose D. Hebert; 
three brothers, Eddie, Nolan and Elson Delaune Jr.; two sisters, Mildred D. 
LeBlanc and Audry D. Bruce; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elson Sr. and Blanche Griffin Delaune; 
one son, Alton Delaune Jr.; two grandchildren, Brea Marie Delaune and Steven 
Dupre; two brothers, Wilton and Milton Delaune; and one sister, Doris Pitre.

He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
