Connie Sue Dupre Mire, 47, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3:50 a.m. 
Sept. 19, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 
to 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, 
with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, James J. Mire of Houma; parents, Camille Joseph 
Dupre Jr. and Betty Martin Dupre of Houma; son, Steven Mire of Houma; daughter, 
Cindy Mire Marcel of Houma; brothers, David and Daniel Dupre, all of Houma; 
sisters, Gwen Eaton, Darlene Buquet and Diane Fitzgerald, all of Houma; one 
grandchild; grandparents, Camille and Irene Theriot Dupre of Houma; and many 
nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence and Lula Mae Martin.

She was a clerk at Winn Dixie and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic 
Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
