David Perry						[photo]

David Dwayne Perry, 43, a native of Shreveport and resident of Houma, died 
Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in 
Houma.

He donated his body to science.

He is survived by his parents, Jerry Perry and Mona Adair Perry; and his 
companion, Gee Gee Cambre.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Perry and Dora Martin Perry 
and James Alvin and Ruby Smith Adair.
