James Rhynes

James J. Rhynes, 84, a native of Gonzales, Texas, and resident of Thibodaux, 
died at 12:58 p.m. Sept. 20, 2004.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Rhynes; daughters, Barbara Burt and Janice 
Mire; and sister, Mildred Tromtore; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 
and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Henrietta Rhynes.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
