Joseph Cheramie					[Photo]

Joseph J. Cheramie, 87, a native of Larose and resident of Vacherie, died Aug. 
30, 2004.

Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in 
Vacherie. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at 
the church, with burial at the church mausoleum.

He is survived by his daughter, Margaret Cheramie; and sister, Clara C. Babin.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Aurelia Brock Cheramie; parents, Leopold 
and Julia Ledet Cheramie; and siblings, Leopaul Cheramie, Clarence Cheramie, 
Cora C. Orgeron and Louis Cheramie Sr.

Welsh Funeral Home of Gonzales is in charge of arrangements.
