Lionel Fernandez					[Photo]

Lionel "Roller" Fernandez Sr., 82, a native and resident of Belle Alliance, died 
Sept. 11, 2004.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Napoleonville and from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Israel Baptist Church in 
Belle Rose.

A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with burial in the church 
cemetery.

He is survived by sons, Lionel "Keno" Fernandez Jr. of Donaldsonville, Edward 
and Michael Fernandez, both of Belle Rose; daughters, Sandra Robertson and 
Sheila Jenkins of St. James, Joycelyn Fernandez of Franklin, Betty and Eloise 
Fernandez of Belle Rose; a brother Wilfred Fernandez of Belle Rose; 39 
grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other 
relatives.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Fernandez; and parents, Viola and 
Edward Fernandez.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
