Norbert de Gravelles

Norbert "Nobby" Roth de Gravelles, 87, a native of Morgan City and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 12:50 p.m. Sept. 27, 2004.

Visitation will be 7 to 10 p.m. today and 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John 
Episcopal Church in Thibodaux. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. 
Thursday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Nyada Due' de Gravelles; sons, J.P. de Gravelles and 
Paul Due; daughters, Pam Gouner and Trudy Bourgeois; brother, Charles C. de 
Gravelles; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Charles Camille and Mary Nations de 
Gravelles; and sister, Martha Marcantel.

Donations to St. John Episcopal Memorial Fund are preferred.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
