Norman Prosperie

Norman Joseph Prosperie, 67, a native of New Orleans, former resident of Houma 
and resident of Crestview, Fla., died at 3:45 a.m. Sept. 4, 2004.

Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. A 
religious service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, 
with burial at Magnolia Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Natascha Reibold Prosperie of Crestview; mother, 
Dorothy Bascle Prosperie of Houma; son, Nicholas Alexander Prosperie of 
Crestview; daughters, Debbie Bergeron of Crestview, Misty Cortez of Schriever, 
Desiree Selden of Niceville, Fla. and Sabrina Prosperie of Tampa, Fla.; 
brothers, James Prosperie of Tyler, Texas, and Michael Prosperie of Thibodaux; 
and sister, Gwendolyn A. Chaisson of Gray.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman J. Prosperie.

He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.
