Samuel "Kojak" Thomas Jr., 52, a native and resident of Napoleonville, died 
Sept. 9, 2004.

Visitation will be 2 to 4:30 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Napoleonville and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in 
Napoleonville.

A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with burial in the 
church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Nicholas Thomas; a daughter, Christy Thomas 
of Thibodaux; brothers, John Cole of Wisconsin, Huey Thomas of Gibson, Herbert 
and Alvin Thomas of Napoleonville and Earl Thomas of Raceland; two 
granddaughters, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude and Samuel Thomas Sr.; 
brothers, Lawrence, Larry and James Thomas.

Willliams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
