Wanda Battise						[Photo]

Wanda Jones Battise, 39, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Bourg, 
died at 3:05 p.m. Sept. 25, 2004.

Visitation will be 4 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 to 11 a.m. 
Tuesday at St. Ann Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be 
celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her parents, Michael W. and Barbara Poiencot Jones of Bourg; 
daughters, Becky and Megan E. Battise of Bourg; brothers, Wayne M. Jones of 
Montegut, Timmy P. Jones of Houma and Eric W. Jones of Lockport; sister, Aimee 
L. Seas of Houma; and grandmother, Marie Poiencot of Houma.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward Poiencot, Eunic and John 
Jones Sr.

She was a homemaker.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
