Audrey Thomas						[Photo]

Audrey Belle Thomas, 73, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, 
died at 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2005.

Religious service will be at 9 a.m. today at Residence Baptist Church, with 
burial in Union Benevolent Cemetery.

She is survived by her mother, Sadie Carvin of Houma; one daughter, Barbara S. 
Jasper and husband, Kenneth, of Houma; one sister, Geraldine Porter and husband, 
Herman, of Houma; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Emanuel Scott; her second 
husband, Anthony Thomas Jr.; her father, Louis Clinton; two brothers, Louis 
Clinton and Irvin Clinton; and two sisters, Mercedes Rockward and Joyce Clinton.

She was a retired employee of Terrebonne General Medical Center and a member of 
Residence Baptist Church.

Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
