Guidry Jr., 67, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, died at 8:58 p.m. June 30, 2005. Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano and 8:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano. He is survived by his wife, Annie "Tina" L. Guidry; daughters, Debra "Pepi" Guidry and Anne Guidry and her companion, Joey J. Boudreaux; brothers, Norman and Rielly Guidry; sisters, Mary G. Evans and Corrine G. Courville; and grandchildren, Phil Guidry, Adeline, Joeby and Leah Boudreaux. He was preceded in death by his son, Dwayne A. Guidry; parents, Harris Sr. and Esoline Anselmi Guidry; infant brother, Vinton Guidry; and sister, Rose Mae G. Rodrigue. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He was a retired tugboat captain and enjoyed fishing, gardening and working at the net shop. Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
