Mary Lou Danos

Mary Lou Cheramie Danos, 79, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 8 
a.m. July 19, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano and 9 
to 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. A Mass of 
Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with 
burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Leonce Danos; sons, Kennon, Randy and Wade 
Danos; daughters, Barbara Marlbrough and Lou Anne Allemand; brothers, Joseph and 
William Cheramie; sisters, Vivian Defelise and Norma Chiasson; nine 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paris and Clemence Guidry Cheramie; 
brother, Calvin Cheramie; sister, Lorena Lafont; grandchildren, Steven Dufrene 
and Kris Danos.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church and a member of the 
Ladies Altar Society.

Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.
