Narramore, 66, of Marshall, Texas, died July 2, 2005, in Tyler, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 tonight at the Colonial Chapel of Sullivan- Heaster Funeral Home in Marshall. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Hallsville City, Texas. He is survived by his son, Roger Narramore of Longview, Texas; daughters Melanie Ledet of Raceland, and Candy McKay of Marshall; three grandchildren; and sister Jeanette Hamblin. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Floyd and Julia Vineyard Narramore; and sisters Mary Lou Patterson, Melwayne Ogden and Vivian Prince. He was born in Marshall, attended public schools and retired after 22 years of service as a truck driver for Bordens Milk Co. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society. Sullivan-Heaster Funeral Home in Marshall is in charge of arrangements.
