Thomas Naquin

Thomas J. Naquin, 93, a native of Labadieville and resident of Chackbay, died at 
noon July 13, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic 
Church in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. 
Friday at the church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Alice McCarthy Naquin; stepsons, Curtis, Jimmy, 
Carlos and Willie McCarthy; step-daughters, Margaret Granier, Mary Ann Granier 
and Adrice Crawford; brother, Guy A. Naquin; 24 step-grandchildren; 35 step-
great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Euphemie Naquin Naquin; 
brothers, Roy Naquin and the Rev. Henry Naquin of Galliano; and sister, Mary Ann 
Naquin.

He was Catholic.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
