Virginia Dugruise					[Photo]

Virginia "Virgie" S. Dugruise, 70, a native of Napoleonville and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 6 p.m. July 17, 2005.

Visitation will be 8:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Genevieve Catholic Church. A 
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband, Hensley Dugruise; sons and daughters-in-law, 
Dale and Kay Gauthreaux Dugruise, Scott and Laurie Sternfels Dugruise and Todd 
and Jennifer Beniot Dugruise; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy D. and Ferrell 
Babin, Lynn D. and Ernie Baye; brothers, Charles Simoneaux Jr. and David 
Simoneaux; and grandchildren, Alicia Babin, Nikki Baye, Jessi Baye, Ryan 
Dugruise, Lacy Dugruise, Taylor Dugruise, Abbie Dugruise, Derek Dugruise, 
Courtney Dugruise and Chandler Dugruise.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Sr. and Virginia Landry 
Simoneaux.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
