Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Beautiful Zion Baptist Church in Napoleonville. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Lemon of Napoloenville; daughters, Irma L. Johnson of Los Angeles, and Margarette L. Brady of Baton Rouge; sons, Willie Jr., Joseph, Donald, Richard, Bruce and Leroy Lemon, all of Napoleonville, Alvin Leomon of New Orleans, Michael Lemon of Baton Rouge and Charles Lemon of Los Angeles; brothers, James, George and Joseph Lemon; 25 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren; stepdaughters, Margaret Dorsey and Janice Tillman; stepsons, Wilbert Hogans and Johnny Tillman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Elnora Williams Lemon; wife, Hilda Lemon; daughter, Norma J. Lemon; grandchildren, Cindy and Brad Lemon; sister, Rosetta Dickerson; brothers, Royal and John Lemon. Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
