Alice Guidry

Alice Dantin Guidry, 102, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 2:30 a.m. 
Aug. 20, 2005.

Visitation will be 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Nativity Catholic 
Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. 
Tuesday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters Rose Mary Robichaux and Alice Mae Plaisance; 11 
grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Guidry; parents, Edgar Sr. and 
Emma Foret Dantin; son Lovell Guidry; brothers Joseph, Nelson, Samson and Edgar 
Dantin Jr.; sisters Lauza Bergeron, Irma Breaux, Josephine McDonald and Kate 
Rodriguez; and two grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Mary Ladies Altar Society.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
