Thelma Chiasson

Thelma T. Chiasson, 76, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 2:35 a.m. 
Aug. 25, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. today and 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Falgout 
Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 
a.m. Saturday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport, with burial at the 
church cemetery.

She is survived by her sons Werlin "Butch" Jr., Louis and Sampson "Sam" 
Chiasson; daughters Lynn Verdin and Susan Matherne; brothers Eddie Jr., O'Neal, 
Shelton and Weldon Triche; sisters Rosalie Falterman and Elaine Gaude; 13 
grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Werlin "Bay" Chiasson Sr.; parents, 
Eddie Sr. and Mabel Naquin Triche; brother Warren Triche; sister Marie Louise Griffin.

She was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of arrangements.
