Religious services were held Sept. 8 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Napoleonville. She was buried in the church cemetery. She is survived by nieces Sedonia L. James, Kandy Crayton and Bernadette Jacobs; nephews Earnest, Wayne, Ricky and Willard Blanchard and Rodney Crayton; great- nieces Lisa Washington, Denise Johnson, Nedra Washington, Petrina Jupiter, Trena Washington and Elizabeth Jacobs; great-nephews Dean Washington, Eric Johnson, Tommy Washington, Bradley Washington, Donald Jupiter, Frank Washington, Earnest Blanchard Jr., Rondell Crayton, Rongell Crayton and Ronkell Crayton; sister-in- law Florentine Blanchard; and adopted daughter Jacquelyn Staggs. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.P. Williams Jr.; parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Blanchard; brothers Ernest Willie and Joseph Blanchard; nephews Bruce, Gregory and Willie Blanchard; and sister, Lula Bell Lee. She was a funeral director and part owner of Williams and Southall Funeral Homes. Williams and Southall Funeral Homes in Napoleonville was in charge of arrangements.
